An old tunnel in Greenwood painted with flags

May 20, 2013 – An old tunnel in Greenwood was painted with the flags of 210 countries to cover up the previous graffiti. Greenwood, British Columbia is on located on Highway 3 in the west Boundary area between the Okanagan Valley and West Kootenays in southern British Columbia Canada. Greenwood is the smallest city in Canada, incorporated in 1897.
