Death Valley – an abstract look

I have done photography at Death Valley in California 3 times in the past 10 years and it’s certainly one of my favourite photography destinations. For National Parks it ranks up there with Zion… a photographers dream.

I spent a few hours today revisiting my Death Valley archive of over 3,500 photos and took a look at many of the abstract images I’ve shot. This is something I really hadn’t done before as typically I tend to concentrate on editing images that have sales potential with the numerous stock agencies I supply images to. This isn’t to say that images like these don’t sell, they just tend not to sell as well.
