Nikon 200mm-500mm photo of the Cowichan River

January 8, 2026 – I took the new Nikon 200mm-500mm out to the Cowichan River today and shot many photos and videos while trying to get used to the largest lens I’ve shot with in likely 45 years. Here’s a photo of this beautiful river at 1/6 of a second.
