Winston Western 500 – Riverside International Raceway

January 18, 1976 – An oldie today. Photographing car racing is what inspired me to become a professional photographer. To this day I’m a sports car and open wheel racing fan but I did go to one NASCAR race on my birthday 50 years ago at the age of 18!
